A metric for success

If you’re looking for something provocative to read, I suggest this article from the Harvard Business Review .

Clayton M Christensen, author of many books including Disrupting Class and Professor at Harvard Business school was asked to address his graduating students.  It wasn’t focussed on how to succeed in the business world but on how to succeed in life by applying his simple management theory.

Although addressing university graduates, I wondered how Year 12 students would respond to Christensen’s three questions?

It’s a powerful metric for us all.
