Heppell and Reeves

I had a chance to catch up with two outstanding educational leaders this week: Stephen Heppell and Douglas Reeves.

Stephen spent part of the week working with a group of teachers – sharing knowledge and building critical mass around 21st century learning and teaching.

Integral to the discussion is how we design schools and learning spaces to support contemporary learning.  Admittedly, there is still angst within school communities around this so I asked Stephen to address the questions asked by many parents and teachers – why change and how do we teach in agile spaces.

Also, had the opportunity to chat to Douglas who is in Australia as part of ACEL’s travelling scholars program.  Like Stephen, Douglas puts great ideas into action.

I’ll post these videos in the coming weeks – watch this space.
