- are “curious” people, that is, they are not afraid to ask questions. This is an essential ingredient for good leadership.
- are prepared to take risks in what they do and are brave enough to reflect on the outcomes of their initiatives.
- have a passion for what they do. At heart they love the owrk of schooling and want to do the best they can for the schools in which they work.
